with new technologies opportunity and risks are being presented; it is important to set what the real value of any new technology is, where a new value (monetary or other) is realised and what is the strategic target of a change (or transformation)
how success of a change will be realized, measured and monitored is second important principle. this target needs to be consantly re-evaluated and control if its viable still
it is important to put one's heart into the work and into efforts of transformation
